Nun ist kein Trennmittel mehr notwendig, die gegossenen Mittelw\u00e4nde l\u00f6sen sich spielerisch vom Silikon und man ben\u00f6tigt keinen Spachtel oder Druckluft mehr zum abl\u00f6sen. B. f\u00fcr Anh\u00e4nger, Pferdetransporter und Eisenbahnwaggons, jedoch auch f\u00fcr Bauprojekte wie Lagerhallen, Verladerampen und Ger\u00fcste:<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"decoded\" src=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_1.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_1.jpg\" width=\"635\" height=\"392\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Die K\u00fchlung sowohl des oberen, wie auch des unteren Teils der Presse wird durch eine Kupferplatte gew\u00e4hrleistet, auf der eine Kupferrohrschlange aufgel\u00f6tet ist. Da Kupfer sehr gut W\u00e4rme leitend ist, ist die K\u00fchlung optimal. Die Kupferplatte ist auf die Wisa Wire Platte aufgeschraubt:<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"decoded alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_4.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_4.jpg\" width=\"635\" height=\"415\" \/>K\u00fchlung ist auch mit einem geschlossenen System m\u00f6glich, das aus einem 200 Liter Wasserfass und einer kleinen Elektropumpe besteht. Somit spart man sehr viel Wasser!<br \/>\n.<\/li>\n<li>Dickenregulierung ist durch die 4 Stellschrauben und durch Langl\u00f6cher im Scharnier m\u00f6glich.<br \/>\nZum einstellen:<br \/>\nScharnierschrauben leicht \u00f6ffnen und Stellschrauben lockern. Oberteil auf Unterteil satt auflegen und dann die Stellschrauben bis zur Ber\u00fchrung auf der Aluschiene herausdrehen. Dann kann man die gew\u00fcnschte Dicke der Mittelwand einstellen, indem man die 4 Stellschrauben gleich weit herausdreht und dann kontert. Eine Umdrehung ist 0,8mm Mittelwanddicke.Scharnierschrauben fest ziehen, fertig:<br \/>\n.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"decoded\" src=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_3.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_3.jpg\" width=\"635\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Die Gussform wird durch einen Hebelmechanismus ge\u00f6ffnet:<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"decoded\" src=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_5.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/resistantbees.com\/fotos\/blog\/guss_5.jpg\" width=\"635\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Ein gro\u00dfer Vorteil ist, dass das Silikonunterteil aus einem St\u00fcck gegossen ist. Das heisst, dass die Randteile nicht angeklebt sind, sondern sie und die Matrize sind aus einem Guss. Nun machte ich Tests und zu meinem Erstaunen kam da folgendes raus:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content\">Ich gab den St\u00f6cken komplette Zargen mit 11 Mittelw\u00e4nden. Abwechselnd Mittelw\u00e4nde mit meiner neuen Zellgeometrie und Mittelw\u00e4nde nach dem schwedischen Vorbild. Eine schwedische, eine neue, eine schwedische, eine neue \u2013 so die ganze Zarge.
